Golden Heaven Yunnan Tea - Loose Leaf
Category: Loose Leaf Tea
Discover a commanding, beautifully structured masterpiece of classical Chinese viticulture: our premium Golden Heaven Yunnan China Black Tea offers an uncompromised, sophisticated loose-leaf experience. Composed of neat, tightly rolled, and wiry golden-tipped leaves, this single-origin reserve extraction brews into a brilliant, bright reddish-copper liquor in the cup. The sensory profile delivers a magnificent, full-bodied mouthfeel defined by an unmistakable malty character, a heady aromatic bouquet, and subtle, refined notes of ripe stone fruit. It leaves a brisk, satisfyingly crisp finish that drinks exquisitely neat or enhanced with a splash of milk to round out its complex structural layers.
The Vernal Micro-Window: Golden Tip Morphology & Terroir
The exceptional visual brilliance and deep structural resonance of our Golden Heaven Yunnan are dictated entirely by a rigorous agricultural chronology. Sourced from elite, high-altitude estates within Chinaβs southwestern Yunnan Province, the leaves are harvested exclusively during a strict four-week vernal window encompassing the final two weeks of March and the initial two weeks of April.
This ultra-specific timing captures the emerging spring flush at its absolute peak, maximizing the concentration of downy, unbroken terminal buds. During the orthodox pan-firing and oxidation phases, these delicate buds transform into highly prized, vibrant golden tips. This meticulous sorting process yields a leaf profile that natively boasts an exceptionally high antioxidant polyphenol density and a balanced, clean astringency reminiscent of a prestigious Second Flush Assam, while retaining the signature smooth, earth-driven terroir of Southwestern China.
